Assay Systems
Registered in Ontario. A diagnostic on how a business actually runs, written up in full, then the build that follows from it. Everything produced stays with the client — the accounts, the code, the playbooks, the written handover.
Golden Pod
Accounts payable, read by a published formula. Duplicate payments, vendor aliases and broken sequences, found in the client’s own file and verifiable line by line. The scoring run is free; the fee applies only if the report clears the stated bar.
The tooling
Both products run on instruments built here: record extraction, deterministic matching, verification of every figure against the source rows rather than against a summary. Nothing quoted to a client is produced by guesswork.

- Diagnostic — the business read and written up, with every problem ranked and an order of work. The fee comes off the build.
- Build — what the diagnostic found, built and handed over, with the handover written down.
- Run — kept running afterwards, monthly.
