1. The completed Request for Additional Information to Complete
Application: pages 3 to 5 of the Notice of Incomplete Application dated
September 14, 2026, signed by typed name. The answer to Section 7 is on
page 4 and on the inserted page 4A.2. The attachment that Section 7 directs me to provide. It holds the
documents that started every other proceeding, and every decision issued in
them, as Exhibits 7-A to 7-J. Every exhibit is for Section 7 and for no
other question.The Application was filed on August 10, 2026. Please confirm in writing
that the Application is accepted as complete and that its filing date is
