Brief for the study of the bilateral relationship with the United States: Canada must hold its Arctic

Hello,

I demand that the Government of Canada put the Northwest Passage, the Beaufort Sea boundary and the continental shelf on the table with the United States now, with a date for a result on each, and build a northern partnership with Greenland and Iceland. All 3 open questions of Canada's Arctic sovereignty are with the United States.

The attached brief is submitted to the study "Bilateral Relationship Between Canada and the United States". The same brief goes to the Standing Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade.

Distribute the attached brief to the members, and confirm the date of distribution in writing by 30 October 2026.

Respectfully,
Danilo Dzyuban
