RE: Brief under the order of reference on fisheries, oceans and maritime safety: a Coast Guard of ice class for Hudson Bay and the waters to Greenland; the polar icebreaker due in 2017 is now due in 2030 and 2032

Hello,

I demand that the Government of Canada put the Coast Guard on Hudson Bay for the whole season from 2027: security patrols on Hudson Bay, Hudson Strait, Davis Strait and Nares Strait, at least 1 of the 9 Arctic icebreakers based on the bay, the station at Rankin Inlet open all year, and both polar icebreakers delivered by 2030.

The attached supplement adds 2 documents that did not exist when the brief of 30 September 2026 was filed: the Coast Guard release of 15 October 2026 on its first security patrols, held around Cambridge Bay, and the release of 14 October 2026 on the keel of the polar icebreaker. The supplement contains no hyperlinks.

Distribute the brief of 30 September 2026 and the attached supplement to the members before the meeting of 20 October 2026 on future business, and confirm the date of distribution in writing by 20 October 2026.

Respectfully,
Danilo Dzyuban
