Hello,
Danilo Dzyuban. A copy goes to the Director, Social Assistance Intake Unit, under Rule 5.8.
On 28 August 2026 I filed a second appeal with the Tribunal by email: Form 1 with Schedule A and Exhibits 1 to 8, 31 pages. It appeals the decision of 15 July 2026 on application SA26-QOV-111-975-045. Part 5 of the form applies for interim assistance.
The Tribunal has not acknowledged that appeal, has not given it a file number and has not decided Part 5. 52 days have passed since the filing. The Tribunal's own automatic reply states that email is answered within 15 business days.
The Tribunal is to:
(1) Confirm in writing the date it received the appeal of 28 August 2026 and the file number assigned to it.
(2) If the appeal was joined to file 2608-06747 or set aside for any reason, state that in writing with the reason and the name and title of the person who decided.
(3) State in writing the date by which Part 5, the application for interim assistance in that appeal, will be decided.
Answer by 7 November 2026. After that date the matter goes to the Divisional Court under the Judicial Review Procedure Act and to the Ombudsman of Ontario.
