RE: Brief on Bill C-31, Part 4, Division 14: Territorial Lands Act, new section 12.1, "national interest" in Nunavut

Hello,

I demand that Nunavut's minerals be processed in Nunavut and that Nunavut keep the revenue. Processing in Nunavut must be a condition of every new mineral lease after 1 April 2027. The Government of Canada must propose to Nunavut an amendment of chapter 11 of the Devolution Agreement, which today lets Nunavut keep $9 million a year of its resource revenue.

The attached supplement builds on the brief of 30 September 2026, which is before the members, on the Ninth Report of 9 October 2026, and on the follow-up of Crown-Indigenous Relations posted on 6 October 2026.

Place the attached supplement in the record of the study on the duty to consult and accommodate, and confirm the date of distribution to the members in writing by 30 October 2026.

Respectfully,
Danilo Dzyuban
