Hello,
I demand that the Government of Canada defend the Arctic from the Arctic: a permanent base north of 60 degrees, the northern operating locations complete by 2030 instead of 2039, the Arctic radar at full capability by 2031 instead of 2043, and defence production in the North. The attached supplement sets this out for the study on defence procurement.
The Seventh Report of 8 October 2026 records "one written brief". The page of the Committee lists 2 documents under Division 16, and the brief of 30 September 2026, which the Committee acknowledged on 1 October 2026, is not among them.
Confirm in writing, by 30 October 2026, whether the brief of 30 September 2026 was distributed to the members before the Seventh Report was adopted. Place it and the attached supplement before the members for the study on defence procurement.
